Because time is reserved especially for you, I ask for at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment or RSVP. Last minute cancellations, moved appointments or no shows will result in the billing of scheduled services of a $25.00 no show fee of services scheduled and a $50 rebooking fee. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to my strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any skincare services, gift cards or products if any products or retail items are order and not picked up within 30 days the items will forfeit and return to retail stock. Packages: all packages must be used during its promotion period if services are not used or redeemed before any skincare promotion or promotion expires the services being promoted during the promotion time period will expire and no longer be redeemable after the promotion expires. If a service package appointment is missed in result to a no call 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or a no show the service booked will be redeemed as a no show and the service will be deducted from the services available for redemption. At Kasey's I take every precaution to ensure that cross-contamination of ingredients for all custom made products does not occur in my skincare practice, because I take allergies seriously however I want you to know that products was produced in a skincare facility that creates products containing almonds, various oils or milk alternatives, coconut milk, soy, various fruits or flowers, herbs, honey, wheat, fine wines, caviar, golds & platinum and treatments originated from seeds, plants or leaves.
